This policy explains how Dror David (operating under the W.I.N.S. brand, affiliated with Experior Financial Group) handles personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form or request a free resource, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), any details you include in your message, and — if you use one of the calculators — the figures you entered and the resulting estimate. We do not collect financial account information through this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, email you the calculator results you requested, follow up with you a small number of times about that request, and — only if you have ticked the consent box — to send occasional helpful updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Your consent (CASL)
Where you opt in to receive emails, you are giving express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are recorded in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet, and emails are sent from our Google Workspace (Gmail) account. Our domain and DNS are managed by Cloudflare. Appointment booking is handled by Calendly. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and may store it outside Canada.
Cookies & analytics
If you add website analytics (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels, disclose them here, including what they collect and how visitors can opt out.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
